ISAACS Attorneys is a boutique legal practice built around a specific premise: the best work in this domain happens when attorneys, advocates, Islamic scholars, and academics collaborate rather than operate in isolation.

The firm is rooted in the Cape Muslim community — historically, professionally, and personally. Our founding attorney serves as Imam-Khatib of the Jumu'ah Mosque of Cape Town, lectures at the University of the Western Cape, and studied classical Islamic sciences in Damascus. But the firm is not one person. It is a working network of collaborators across South Africa's legal, scholarly, business, and academic communities, each brought in where their expertise genuinely serves the matter.

Most of our clients are Muslim families, businesses, and institutions in the Western Cape. We also serve international clients — particularly diaspora families with South African estate or property interests, and overseas institutions seeking SA legal or scholarly expertise on Shariah-meets-common-law questions. Where we are the right firm, we say so. Where another collaborator in our network is, we say that too.
